Drink Without a Name

Today our Kaffir lime tree lost a fruit. So I had to decide quickly what to do with it. I, who wonders, created a drink. The juice of this fruit has a very aromatic quite astringent taste, so it needs to be balanced with equally strong ingredients. I decided to go with Mezcal and St Germain. I think this was a good decision. Unfortunately it is still a Drink Without a Name, but it definitively deserves one. Any idea?

1 ounce Mezcal, 3/4 ounce St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, 1/2 ounce Kaffir Lime Juice (this is the amount I got out of one fruit), 2 dashes Celery Bitters, Green Chartreuse (for rinsing), garnish: 1 Kaffir Lime Wheel

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass rinsed with green Chartreuse. Garnish with a Kaffir lime wheel.
