The Bamboo is one of the very great classic drinks. It was created in the 1890s by the German Louis Eppinger, the manager of the Grand Hotel in Yokohama, Japan.  Two kinds of bitters, orange and Angostura, add an aromatic twist to the sherry and vermouth.

Ingredients (recipe from Death & Co´s book Modern Classic Cocktails).

1-1/2 ounces Dolin Blanc Vermouth, 1-1/2 ounces Amontillado Sherry, 1/2 tsp Sugar Syrup, 1 dash Orange Bitters, 1 dash Angostura Bitters, garnish: Lemon Twist

Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
