The Paloma is a great summer drink for tequila lovers, but definitively not for the faint-hearted ones! This recipe is from David Wondrich (2005), found in the PDT Cocktail book.

Ingredients

2 oz. Reposado Tequila, 0.5 oz. Lime Juice, 2 oz. Grapefruit Soda, garnish: Half a Grapefruit Wheel

Preparation

Build ingredients in a salt-rimmed Collins glass, then add ice. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
