Girl from Jerez

11. June 2015 by swizzzlestick

Inspired by the “Girl from Ipanema” Jim Meehan created the cachaça-based Daiquiri Girl from Jerez in 2009 (source: PDT Cocktail book).

1 oz. Rhum Clèment V.S.O.P. (sub´t by a El Dorado Demarara Rum), 1 oz. Cachaça, 0.75 oz. Lime Juice, 0.5 oz. Sweet Sherry, 1 bs Allspice Dram, garnish: grated Nutmeg

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Grate nutmeg on top.

A good strong medium dry herbal daiquiri-type drink!
