The Interesting Cocktail by Gary Regan, found in The Essential Bartender´s Guide by Robert Hess, is a delicious elegant tequila drink. I believe Eva will like it!
Apart from that it is a wonderful opportunity for using my Dark Crème de Cacao.
2 ounces Tequila, 3/4 ounce Aperol, 3/4 ounce Dark Crème de Cacao, 1/4 ounce Lemon Juice, 4 Grapefruit Twists (one for garnish)
Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Twist three of the grapefruit twists over the shaker and drop them in. Shake and strain into a flute glass. Garnish with the remaining grapefruit twist.
