Ingredients (recipe taken from PDT Cocktail book)
6cl Bacardi 8 Rum, 3cl Pineapple Juice, 1.5cl Lime Juice, 1.5cl Simple Syrup, 0.75cl Apricot Liqueur, garnish: Lime Wheel
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lime wheel.
