The Imperial March by Jessica Gonzalez (2011) found in

Death & Co´s Modern Classic Cocktails.


1 and 1/2 oz. Gin (the original recipe asks for Martin Miller´s Westbourne-Strength Gin, sub´t by Gordon’s London Dry Gin – 47.5% ABV), 1 oz. Cream Sherry, 3/4 oz. Cocchi Americano, 1 tsp Maraschino, 1 dash Orange Bitters, garnish: 1 Grapefruit Twist


Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a glass. Garnish with the grapefruit twist.

The delicate bitter edge of the Cocchi combines so well with the smooth cream sherry and the mild nutty cherry flavor of the Maraschino. Such a great drink, enjoy!
