On Thursday night I visited Charles Schumann´s Bar at the Hofgarten in Munich. This bar is an icon in Munich, it’s been popular for more than 20 years.
3/4 oz. Calvados, 3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth, 1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth, 1 dash Brandy, garnish: 1 Lemon Peel
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Squeeze lemon twist into the drink, and use as garnish.

I like the rich delicate flavor from the apple brandy in this lemony sweet drink.
