Today you are not in the mood for a colorful drink? Then try a Saramago (by Phil Ward, Death & Co´s Modern Classic Cocktails).

Ingredients

Mezcal for rinsing, 2 oz. Tequila Blanco, 3/4 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth, 1/2 oz. St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, 1 dash Orange Bitters, Grapefruit Twist

Preparation

Rinse the coupe with mezcal and discard. Stir the remaining ingredients except the grapefruit twist with ice and strain into the coupe. Squeeze the grapefruit twist over the drink and discard.
