The Western Passage by Max Toste of Boston´s Deep Ellum has some very special rare ingredients, Batavia Arrack and Chartreuse! Unbelievably good … (found on cocktail.virigin.blogspot.de)

Ingredients

1 and 1/2 oz. Batavia Arrack, 1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth (not sure if I should have taken a white Sweet Vermouth, instead of a red one), 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth, 1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse (there are some discussions if green or yellow Chartreuse is the right one, I will try it with both :-)), 1 dash Aromatic Bitters, 1 dash Orange Bitters, 1 Orange Peel, garnish: 1 Cherry

Preparation

Stier liquid ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Twist an orange peel over the top. Garnish with a cherry.
