St Columbus Rill

29. December 2014 by swizzzlestick

The St Columbus Rill created by Phil Ward (2008), Death & Company Modern Classic Cocktails, combines Irish Whiskey, French Vermouth, Chartreuse and Maraschino. A fascinating sweet herbal whiskey drink!

2 oz. Irish Whiskey, 3/4 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth, 1/4 oz. Green Chartreuse, 1/4oz. Luxardo Maraschino liqueur

Sitr ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

  1. I’ve made something similar with gin. The Irish Whiskey sounds good. This I will need to try!

  2. Thanks! Please note that the original recipe asks for Bushmills Irish Whiskey (I took Tullamore Dew).
