I should have a look at the Savoy Cocktail Book more often. The Creole Cocktail is a lovely sweet and warming drink just right for a frosty winter night.
1/2 Canadian Whisky, 1/2 Italian vermouth, 2 dashes Benedictine, 2 dashes Amer Picon, 1 dash Creole Bitters (optional, my choice), garnish: Lemon Peel
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Twist a lemon peel on top.
