Do you love exotic spices like I do and good drinks as well? Then the Kerala by Joaquín Simó (2008), found in Death & Co´s Modern Classic Cocktails, is a Must Try! Maybe after your next home-cooked Indian or Arabic dinner?


5 Cardamom Pods, 1 oz. White Rum, 1 oz. Bourbon, 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice, 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice, 1/2 oz. Syrup, 1 dash Angostura Bitters, 1 dash Peychaud´s Bitters


Gently muddle the cardamom pods in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice. Shake and double-strain into a cocktail glass.
