Today I tried Ted Haigh´s (aka Dr. Cocktail) variation of the Doctor Cocktail (as found in Vintage Spirits and Forgotten Cocktails). A “Must Try” if you can get hold of a bottle of Swedish Punsch!

Ingredients

2 oz. Jamaica Rum (pls. note that I did not take the dark very aromatic Myers´s Rum as I wanted to taste more of the Swedish Punsch), 1 oz. Swedish Punsch, 1 oz. Lime Juice, garnish: Lime Wedge

Preparation

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lime wedge.doctor cocktail
