David Slape created the Paddington at PDT in New York, according to Tom Sandham´s World´s Best Cocktails.
Sweet and strong, paired with absinthe and the slight bitterness of grapefruit and orange marmalade. You will always remember this drink!
Absinthe to rinse, 45ml White Rum, 3 TS Lillet Blanc, 3 TS Grapefruit Juice, 3 TS Lemon Juice, 1 TS Orange Marmalade, garnish: Grapefruit Twist
Rinse the glass with absinthe. Shake the ingredients with ice and strain into the cocktail glass. Garnish with the grapefruit twist.
