Phil Ward (2008) named the Gonzalez after Jessica Gonzalez, their first female bartender at D&C, according to Death & Co´s Modern Classic Cocktails.


2 oz. Beefeater Gin, 3/4 oz. Punt e Mes, 1/4 oz. Luxardo Maraschino, 2 dashes Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters


Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe without any garnish.
