Polar Bear

A few years ago I could not imagine that one day I would use these ingredients in a drink. I did not even know any of them!

Today I am overwhelmed by the Polar Bear, contributed by The Bon Vivants on liquor.com. It is not a drink for beginners (nothing for my beloved Eva, not yet), it is a powerful, ice-cold, upright drink with a very strong personality!

1.5 oz. Mezcal, 0.75 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth, 0.5 oz. Crème de Menthe, 6 drops Celery Bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
