Imagine!! A good portion of Cachaça, fresh ginger, lime juice and orgeat!
The taste of the Rio Bravo is surprisingly sensational, it alarms all your taste buds and awakens your senses! Created by John Gakuru who has worked in some of the best bars in the world (found in Tom Sandham´s book World´s Best cocktails).
1 large slice of Ginger (chopped), 1 and 3/4 oz. Cachaça, 4 TS Lime Juice, 4 TS Orgeat Syrup, garnish: Orange Zest Knot
Muddle the chopped ginger in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients, shake with ice and double strain into a glass. Garnish with a orange zest knot.
