The Albert Mathieu created by Kevin Martin in Boston (found in the PDT Cocktail Book by Jim Meehan) immediately caught my eye because it is made with some of my favorite liqueurs: gin, Chartreuse, Lillet, St-Germain and bitters.

Ingredients

1 and ½ oz. Plymouth Gin, 3/4 oz. Lillet Blanc, 3/4 ounce Green Chartreuse, 1 BS St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, 1 dash Orange Bitters, garnish: orange twist

Preparation

Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

albert mathieuIf you are a Chartreuse fan like me you will love it. Don´t forget to serve it very very chilled!
