The Chocolate Martica, created by Phil Ward at Death and Company, 2007, is a wonderful possibility for using your Chocolate Bitters. Definitively the right drink for the starting autumn season of the year.
1 oz Aged Jamaican Rum, 1 oz Cognac, 1 oz Sweet Red Vermouth, 1/6 oz Maraschino Liqueur, 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Stir with ice & strain into a cocktail glass.
