Pendennis Cocktail

The enticing Pendennis Cocktail is named for a private club in Louisville, Kentucky. “The club, founded in 1881, remains robust today…”, according to Ted Haigh´s Vintage Spirits and Forgotten Cocktails.


2 oz. Gin, 1 oz. Apricot Brandy, 3 dashes Peychaud´s or Creole Bitters, 3/4 oz. Lime Juice


Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
