Robert Hess wanted to create a drink with an Italian touch using peach bitters (2002). And the result is this wonderful amazing drink which he called Renaissance.
2 oz. Brandy, 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth, 1/4 oz. Limoncello, 2 dashes Peach Bitters, garnish: Lemon Zest
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon zest.
