The Picon Punch, which I discovered in Ted Haigh´s “Vintage Spirits and Forgotten Cocktails“, is a refreshing drink for these hot days.
1 TS Pomegranate Grenadine, 2 and 1/2 oz. Amer Picon, Soda Water, 1 oz. Brandy
Fill a collins glass with ice, add the grenadine and the Amer Picon, fill it up with soda and float the brandy on top.
