The Archangel created by Michael McIlroy & Richard Boccato, New York, 2006, is the right drink for those warm days. Aperol, gin and cucumber are matching so nicely!
6.5cl Plymouth Gin, 2cl Aperol, 2 Slices of Fresh Cucumber, garnish: Lemon Zest
Add the cucumber slices and the Aperol to a mixing glass and muddle lightly. Add gin and ice and stir until well chilled. Double-strain into a cocktail glass and garnish wit a lemon zest.
