Carlos Londono created the Pommocho in 2010 at Cafe Pacifico in London, a “tequila church” according to Tom Sandham “World´s Best Cocktails“. If you go there one day, you should ask for this refreshing minty tequila drink!
5cl Tequila Reposado, 4 tsp Cointreau, 3cl Lime Juice, 3cl Pomegranate Juice, 1 dash Sugar Syrup, 8 Mint Leaves, garnish: Sugar (for rimming the glass), Lime Wedge and Mint Sprig
Shake ingredients with ice and double strain into a sugar-rimmed wine goblet filled with fresh ice. Garnish with the lime wedge and the mint sprig.
