On the internet blog of Fareham Wine Cellar I found this wonderful recipe for a cocktail with rhubarb liqueur, the Angélique!
1cl Elderflower Liqueur (the recipe asks for Cordial), 2cl Aperol, 2cl Rhubarb Liqueur, 2cl Gin, 2cl Lemon Juice, garnish: Lemon Peel
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon peel.
