So many wonderful Negroni varations this week, finally I want to contribute my own one: the Negroni Oaxaca! The mezcal provides a smoky bite, give it a try!
1/3 Mezcal, 1/3 Campari, 1/3 Sweet Vermouth (preferably a Spanish one), 2 dashes Bitter Truth Xocolatl Mole Bitters, garnish: Orange Peel
Sitr ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with the orange peel.
