One of the leading bar professionals in Russia Bek Narzibekov created Kurtizanka, definitively one of the best ways of the world to enjoy fresh strawberries!


To rim the glass:Balsamic Vinegar and Brown Sugar,

6 Strawberries, 40ml Vodka, 4 tsp Amaratto, 20ml Lime Juice, 3 tsp Sugar Syrup, 2 tsp Egg White, garnish: Mint Leaf and Strawberry


Rim a wine goblet with the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Muddle the strawberries in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into the rimmed glass filled with some ice cubes. Garnish withe the strawberry and the mint leaf.
