The Zegroni created by Mark Huang/ Taipei, Taiwan, was a winner drink in the World Class Cocktail Competition in New Delhi, India. In deed a fantastic one!
50ml Zapaca Rum, 4 tsp Dubonnet, 3 tsp Campari, Orange Zest, garnish: Vanilla Bean
Stir ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Squeeze the oil form the orange zest onto the surface of the drink. Garnish with the vanilla bean.
