St James Cobbler

21. March 2014 by swizzzlestick

The wonderful fruity St James Cobbler was created by Louis-Lewis Smith, former brand ambassador for Hendrick´s Gin.

2 Lemon Wedges, 2 Orange Wedges, 1 and 1/4 oz. Hendrick´s Gin, 2 tsp Quince Liqueur, 2 tsp Dubonnet, 2 tsp Punt e Mes, Ginger Ale, Garnish: Orange Wedge and sprig of Mint

Muddle both lemon wedges and one orange wedge in a shaker. Add the gin and liqueurs and shake with ice. Strain into a goblet filled with ice cubes. Top with ginger ale and garnish with the remaining orange wedge and a mint sprig.

  1. I love quince but never heard of quince liqueur. Will try and find it. Thanks! 🙂
