Louisiana Lullaby

Another wonderful cocktail which I learned to know in Braunschweig´s cocktail bar Siebenschläfer is the Louisiana Lullaby! Ooohh, I love the ice-cold melange of dark rum, Dubonnet and Grand Marnier so much! It was my own decision (I die for bitters!)  to add two generous splashes of fruity and very bitter Jerry Thomas´Own Decanter Bitters which is ideal for aged spirits like dark rum. And here is my chosen version.

Ingredients

2 oz. Dark Rum, 0.5 oz. Grand Marnier, 0.75 oz. Dubonnet, 2 splashes Bitters (optional, some take a piece of lemon peel)

Preparation

Stir in a mixing glass filled with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Enjoy!
