I submit my all time favorite Sour, the Pisco Sour. The wonderful idea to think about Sours this month comes from http://www.ginhound.com/
2oz. Pisco, 1 oz. Lemon Juice, 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup, 1 small Egg White, 4 drops Angostura Bitters (I like to take more)
At first dry shake, then shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with the drops of Angostura Bitters.
