The Grapefruit Julep created by Dale Degroff combines in such a wonderful way the tastes of grapefruit and pomegranate!
2 Mint Sprigs, 1/2 oz. Lime Juice, 1/2 oz. Honey Syrup, 1/2 oz. Agave Syrup, 1 and 1/2 oz. Vodka, preferably Finlandia Grapfruit (which I had), 1 and 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice, 1 oz. Pomegranate Juice
In a mixing glass muddle leaves of a mint sprig, lime juice, honey syrup and agave syrup. Add vodka, grapefruit juice, pomegranate juice, ice and mix. Pour into a glass filled with crushed ice and stir. Garnish with the remaining sprig of mint.
