You love Angostura Bitters like me? Then you will enjoy the Angostura Fizz as well!! The recipe is from Brad Thomas Parsons´ book Bitters.
1 oz. Angostura Bitters, 1 oz. Lime Juice, 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup, 1/4 oz. Grenadine, 1/2 oz. Cream, 1 Egg White, Seltzer Water
First dry shake, then shake with ice. Double strain into a cocktail coupe. Top off with Seltzer.
