The Rabo de Gallo is a wonderful drink from John Coltharp, Los Angeles. The melange of strong Cachaca, sweet Carpano Antica and herbal Cynar is awesome. You have to try it!
2 oz. Cachaca
1/2 oz. Carpano Antica
1/2 oz. Cynar
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Twist and orange peel over the drink and use as a garnish.
