The Sawyer, a wonderful drink described by Brad Thomas Parsons as an icy, bitter-soaked twist on a gimlet. Nearly 30 dashes of bitters make the Sawyer so aromatic!


2 ounces Gin, preferably Beefeater

1/2 ounce Lime Juice

1/2 ounce Simple Syrup

14 dashes Angostura Bitters

7 dashes Peychaud´s Bitters

7 dashes Orange Bitters


Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
