Today I came back from a one week business trip to Kuala Lumpur. Besides the obligatory visits to the Twin Towers ..

.. I enjoyed as well good street food …
.. sometimes spicy Chinese soups ..
..or very spicy Malay food like this Seafood Sambal,
.. delicious Chinese duck ..
.. or a wonderful Lobster Cesar Salad!
Of course I enjoyed excellent Asian cocktails in the bars of the better hotels. Here my optimized version of the Malaysian Mule which I want to share with you!
3cl Lime Juice
2 bS Brown Sugar
1 BS Minced Ginger
1 BS Lemon Grass cut in rings
Put the ginger, lemon grass, lime juice and sugar in a glass and muddle carefully. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Add some crushed ice and the vodka and stir again. Top completely with crushed ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
