The Tabula Rasa is a wonderful melange of chocolate, Italian bitter aperitif, Italian vermouth and a hint of orange.
3cl Austrian Mozart Dry (a clear chocolate liqueur with 40% of alcohol)
2cl Italian Bitter Aperitif (I took Campari)
2cl Carpano Antica Formula
Sitr in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
