The sweet sour cocktail Down the Abyss has been such a nice surprise to me, so delicious!! What you need for this drink is black vodka Blavod, which is colored by adding catechu, a herb found in southern Asia and central and east Africa. Catechu has no effect on vodka’s flavour, although many say it makes the vodka a little smoother.
25ml Black Vodka
25ml Orange Curacao Blue
35ml Lime Juice
17.5ml Simple Syrup
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish if you wish.
