Yellow Bird

The Yellow Bird is the right drink to bring back my energies on a rainy autumn´s  evening like today! Finally a drink where I can use my Galliano L’Autentico, a herbal liqueur, created in 1896 by an Italian distiller in Livorno, Tuscany. Nowadays the Galliano L’Autentico is less famous than his brother the Galliano Vanilla, but it is also a fantastic liqueur which you should try when you have the chance!

15ml Galliano L’Autentico

35ml White Rum

15ml Triple Sec

20ml Lime Juice

Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lime twist.
