Autumn weather is coming soon and we should provide our bodies with sufficient vitamin C. Kumquats are an excellent source of this. My preferred way to consume these little tasty sweet-sour fruits is to have a Bombay Crushed!
2 barspoons Brown Sugar
6cl Bombay Gin
2cl Rose´s Lime Juice
Cut the kumquats into halves and put them together with the sugar and the Lime Juice in a glass. Muddle the kumquats carefully until the sugar is dissolved. Fill the glass half with crushed ice, add the gin and stir gently. Fill up completely with crushed ice. This is one of my favorite cocktails, give it a try!
