Brittany Cocktail

After the Rye-based Nirwana Cocktail, and the Tequila-based Camerone I want to conclude my small series of drinks with Amer Picon with the Gin-based Brittany Cocktail! In contrary to the previous ones it is a more fruity drink, having both lemon and orange juice. Nevertheless, due to the high amount of gin it is a strong drink as well.

Ingredients

2 oz. Gin

1/2 oz. Amer Picon

1/2 oz. orange Juice

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp fine sugar

Preparation

Shake the ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
