I do not know how many times I started already to tidy up and organize my bar. I do know only one thing: I never finish it! This time it did not take much time and I dug out a few bottles which some time ago disappeared out of my view and then out of my mind as well! Here they are! All are unopened, except the French Amer Picon which I used already for a Hemingway cocktail.

As it is already quite cold outside I liked the idea to do a small series with the warm nice Amer Picon. And here is the first drink, the tequila-base Camerone by Paul Clarke!

2 oz Tequila Reposado

3/4 oz Amer Picon

1/4 oz Licor 43

2 dashes Xocolatl Mole Bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
