Still having a few blackberries left today I tried a Berries Cream! The melange of yoghurt liqueur, berries and Scotch results in a surprisingly aromatic and so wonderful cocktail!
8 fresh Blackberries
4cl Bols Yoghurt Liqueur
2cl Crème de Cassis
4cl Scotch Whisky
Mix all ingredients with crushed ice in a blender and pour it in a fancy cocktail glass filled with some crushed ice. Garnish with a few blackberries.
