Still having enough champagne left for one more drink I wanted to try a champagne cocktail with gin! Going through all my “expert” literature I finally found the Moulin Rouge!

Ingredients

2cl Apricot Brandy

2cl Gin

2cl Lemon Juice

1cl Grenadine

Cold Champagner

Preparation

Shake all ingredients except the Champagner with ice and strain into a champagne glass. Fill up with champagne. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and half of an orange slice.
