I would like to do a small series of champagne cocktails. I want to start with a more modern one, the Vulcano!
2cl Raspberry Spirit
2cl Blue Curacao
Pour the Raspberry Spirit and the Blue Curacao into a champagne flute. Cut a piece of orange peel, position the flame from a match in front of the peel, give a squeeze and spray the orange oil through the flame onto the surface of the drink. Add the orange peel to the flute and fill it up with champagne!
