I am continuing to explore great drinks with Amaro Nonino. Today I decided to mix an Uptown Manhattan, created by Marcovaldo Dionysos from San Francisco.

2 ounces Maker´s Mark bourbon

3/4 ounce Amaro Nonino

2 dashes Orange Bitters

1 barspoon cherry Brandy

Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Cut a piece of orange peel, positioning the flame from a match in front of the peel, give a squeeze and spray the orange oil through the flame onto the surface of the drink. Garnish with a cherry.
