Mondy evening, no fruits for garnishing cocktails at home! Then simetimes I remember my love for Pousse-cafés, they are so colorful, their preparation is nearly like mediation, you forget everything around you!
Today I tried a Thistle, layered with Parfait Amour, Bols Natural Yoghurt and Passionfruit Liqueur in equal quantities.
And sipping yourself through the liqueur layers is is like a voyage through various exotic sweet tastes, like eating a candy with different fillings!
