The Black Feather is a very nice cocktail from Robert Hess (Seattle). Here is my version of it!
2 ounces Cognac
1 ounce Dry French Vermouth
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
Stir ingredients in a mxing glass with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
