Yesterday I visited the Spice & Herbs shop of one of Germany´s most renowned gourmet chefs, Ingo Holland. Among many exotic spices I brought with me a raspberry salt which is wonderful for shell fish, fruits or duck breast. However, my first idea was to try it with a Margarita! Having an un-opened bottle of Creme de Framboise in my shelf, I had the idea to create my own Margarita Framboise, and I can tell you, this Margarita drink was really delightful!
3cl Creme de Framboise
2cl Lemon Juice
1 slice of lemon
Create a salt rim with the lemon slice and the raspberry salt. Shake the remaining ingredients with ice and strain in a Margarita glass.
